Fully Automatic Drilling Machine with Three Spindles. Adjustment of hinge hole depth via hydraulic braking and a group of solenoid valves: simplicity and speed of operation. Automatic rotation of the insertion fork. Advancement of the drilling unit: fast during idle stroke, hydraulic braking during the useful drilling stroke.
Air jet with hood and suction tube ensures perfect cleanliness after each drilling operation. Convenient position indicator. Optional laser pointer available. The drilling unit can be quickly replaced: it takes just a few moments to make the machine suitable for drilling and inserting another type of hinge with a different interaxis. The machine can be equipped with a 6-spindle head for drilling both hinges and bases.
